As of today, the websites neurosoft.pl and neurocar.pl are utilizing ChatLab, an intelligent customer service support tool. This tool responds to users’ inquiries and guides them to relevant content within the sites’ subpages. ChatLab is powered by the latest LLM (Large Language Model) neural network models, including OpenAI’s GPT-4.
ChatLab is activated when a user clicks the ‘chat’ button on the website’s homepage and functions similarly to ChatGPT. Users can ask questions in any of the 85 supported languages, with responses generated in the same language. Although users can inquire about any topic, ChatLab only generates answers related to the content available on the website.
Leveraging advanced language models, ChatLab understands the meaning behind users’ questions and strives to provide the most relevant answers. In many cases, it also provides direct links to relevant pages on the site. If a user does not receive a satisfactory answer, ChatLab can redirect the question to a human representative.
