Neurosoft has signed a contract to provide services for the permanent traffic measurement stations (SCPR) installed on Polish national roads managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) – Opole Branch. The contract includes installation and maintenance of the stations, ongoing quality control, and daily delivery of measurement data. The service will be provided over the next two years – 2026 and 2027.
This is yet another GDDKiA branch where the NeuroCar – Vehicle Counting System will be deployed. After GDDKiA Katowice and GDDKiA Wrocław, NeuroCar will now operate in nine locations in the Opole Voivodeship:
Each location is equipped with a measurement system consisting of a NeuroCar LOOP 4 Controller connected to inductive loops installed in the road surface. Additionally, a overview camera is connected to the controller, capturing images of detected vehicles, which enables continuous verification of device performance.
The results of vehicle detection and classification are transmitted in real time to the NeuroCar BackOffice – Vehicles application, operating in the private NeuroCar VPC cloud. The application is used for automatic generation of aggregated data, monitoring the condition of the measurement infrastructure, and performing data quality verification.
The NeuroCar – Vehicle Counting system is scheduled to begin operation for GDDKiA Opole in mid-January, 2026.
