A system designed to automatically detect and document cases of illegal overtaking by heavy goods vehicles. Integrated ANPR cameras installed at the beginning and end of the monitored road section determine the relative positions of vehicles on the road by identifying them based on their license plate numbers. At the same time, using MMR technology, the system recognizes each vehicle’s make, model, and class. When an offense is detected, the system automatically collects evidentiary material, including photographs, video recordings, license plate numbers, and images from overview cameras positioned along the monitored section. The collected data enables the offense to be documented conclusively.
